Fees for Camp Fareta 2008, July 6-13, 2008

Please note: Camp is 7 nights, 6 ½ days this year…we must leave camp by 10 am on our closing Sunday, so there will be no classes that morning. Expect a blow-out party Saturday night!

Rates are the same price for a tent or cabin. A single day is any 24-hour period with 3 meals and one overnight stay. Children 3-12 must register by June 15 to guarantee space in Kids Camp. Children under 3 are free of charge; no child care is provided.

Early Registration Rates (Payment postmarked by May 1st, 2008):

Note: Days added on-site will be charged at the regular rate ($125, $90, or $50/day), even if your original registration was in the “early” period.

If you pre-register for a certain number of days and then decide at camp to decrease your number of days, you will be charged $25 per day to cover food fees for your cancelled days.

Late Registration (Payment postmarked after June 23rd)
Please email for availability and to make payment arrangements. An additional $20 will be added to the registration total for your group. In order to make this a smooth-running camp, we encourage you to pre-register, so we have accurate numbers ahead of time. This helps the kitchen crew plan before camp and makes our lives easier once we’re at camp, since we’re an hour away from town.

PAYMENT
Make checks payable to DANCING VILLAGE PRODUCTIONS and mail a completed registration form and at least half of the total fee for your group to the address below. A $25 fee will be charged for bounced checks. Balance will be due upon arrival or may be paid in advance. Only cash, money orders, or registered checks will be accepted on site, unless Youssouf or my mother can vouch for you. ;-)

REFUNDS
Refunds will be given, minus a $50 processing fee, for requests received by June 23. After that no refunds will be given. No refunds are available to participants who leave camp early or do not attend without notification.

If you pre-registered for a certain number of days, only paid a deposit for those days, and then let us know upon arriving at camp that you want to decrease your number of days, you will be charged $30 per day to cover food and administrative costs for your cancelled days.
