Fees for Camp Fareta 2011 -- July 10-16

Rates are the same price for a tent or cabin. A single day is any 24-hour period with three meals and one overnight stay. Children 3-12 must be registered by June 15 to guarantee space in Kids Camp. Extra fees will be charged for children who are not pre-registered, or they may not be allowed in Kids Camp if we do not have enough counselors. Children under 3 are free of charge and no child care is provided.

The two numbers in a box represent a sliding scale. Please pay as much as you can comfortably afford so we can keep Camp Fareta going. If you'd like a break on the camp fees, sign up for work-exchange – we need lots of helping hands to keep camp running smoothly!

"Early Bird" Registration Rates (By Paypal or postmarked by May 1, 2011):

Regular Registration Rates (By Paypal or postmarked May 1st to July 1st, 2011):

Observer rate (adults not taking any classes): $90 per day (regular rate)

Group rates:
A group of 8 or more people attending camp for 4 or more days (not necessarily the same days) and coming from the same area get a $40 discount per person. We will need a list of everyone participating in the group, and the discount will be applied at camp.

Note: Days added on-site will be charged at the "regular" day rate even if your original registration was in the "early" period.

If you pre-register for a certain number of days and then decide at camp to decrease your number of days, you will be charged $30 per day to cover food and administrative fees for your cancelled days.

Late Registration (Payment postmarked or through Paypal after July 1st)

Please email for availability and to make payment arrangements. An additional $20 will be added to the registration total for your group (not per person) if you have not preregistered. Children who arrive not pre-registered will incur an extra $20 fee.

In order to make this a smooth-running camp and make sure there is enough food for everyone, we encourage you to pre-register. Thank you!

PAYMENT
Make checks payable to DANCING VILLAGE PRODUCTIONS and mail a completed registration form and at least half of the total fee for your group to the address below. A $25 fee will be charged for bounced checks. You may also use Paypal -- send your payment to: . Balance will be due upon arrival or may be paid in advance. Only cash, money orders, or registered checks will be accepted on site, unless Youssouf or my mother can vouch for you. ;-)

REFUNDS
Refunds will be given, minus a $50 processing fee, for requests received by June 11. After that no refunds will be given. No refunds are available to participants who leave camp early or do not attend without notification.

If you pre-registered for a certain number of days, only paid a deposit for those days, and then let us know upon arriving at camp that you want to decrease your number of days, you will be charged $30 per day to cover food and administrative costs for your cancelled days.
